Also, it has selectable sideband LSB vs. USB, or either for listening to CW. In addition, it has a very accurate S-meter, showing S-1 to S-9, and then +10 dB, +20 dB, +40 dB, and +60 dB. It also has separate treble and bass controls, and the audio quality is incredible, much better than any other portable shortwave receiver I have ever heard, and even better than most tabletop receivers. And this receiver definitely has the best sensitivity of any portable receiver that I have ever owned, regardless of whether you use the internal telescoping whip antenna or an external longwire or dipole antenna.
