This Sportster Replay is in excellent condition all around and was scarcely used for a limited amount of hours. This receiver has had multiple channel updates and it is in perfect working active condition, and I can GUARANTEE you the subscription on this receiver will never randomly end, and the receiver itself has a full lifetime ahead of it! This receiver has the strong FM radio transmission that is getting extremely hard to find nowadays. This specific Sportster radio was manufactured before the FCC weakened the transmission power and has the FM channel “87.7″ as a frequency channel. Because of the strong FM transmission it really works amazing compared to other units. Sportster Replay SP-R2 Receiver Condition. The Sporster receiever is in perfect working condition and beautiful cosmetic shape. The unit only has very minimal wear and was scarcely used. The screens blue backlight is in perfect working condition without any imperfections. This condition really shows how little this one was used. Unlike most out there, this unit powers perfectly and has every button properly lit. Both the text contrast and light dimming functions work perfect. In the last photo included you can best see the exact working condition of the light. All of the features have been properly tested and everything is in fully functional condition. Every Button is tight and quickly responsive. You really cannot ask her much better of a Sportster Replay…. This one has the culmination of a lifetime activation, strong FM transmitter and and excellent cosmetic shape. Not to mention it is bundled with a portable Boombox. The exterior condition of the receiver is an overall great condition with only minor wear. The only mentionable cosmetic imperfection is a scratch on the lowe part of screen /edge (looks like a vertical crack but just a deep scratch from sharp plastic packaging). This scratch does not affect its performance and is not even noticeable WHATSOEVER when the radio is on. I included a photograph of this imperfection in the second to last photo see you can see it is not a problem at all. I have taken great care of this one and purposely only use it on rare occasions keeping it in excellent condition. This receiver has only been used indoors and never traveled. It was only recently bundled with this boombox for this listing. The unit has some minor scuffs but very minor which are also mainly unnoticeable. Sirius Sportster Boombox SP-B1A Condition. This Sirius sportster boombox is in perfect working condition and great overall cosmetic shape. I have cleaned the Boombox and it is free of any dust. There is only a few small areas with any scuff marks, nothing very noticeable. There are some scuff marks to the left and right sides of where you would insert the receiver and also a couple of green scuff marks on the back side of the stereo behind the left speaker. Please refer to the pictures so you can see the exact condition. The battery compartment is clean and has never been used. With this Sportster Replay you will never need to pay for any subscription! The active lifetime channels are on this Receiver only and cannot be transferred to any other. Like mentioned, this radio has Howard Stern and over 130 other channels. I haven’t mentioned this before but I guess there is no reason not to; I have a family member who used to work at RadioShack during the early days of Sirius Radio. During a time, Sirius / RadioShack giftedpromotional Sportsters with active channels as a bonus. I live in the Boston area and I believe it was a promotion because of Tom Brady / Patriots winning thier “Dynasty” Super Bowl year. Years later, I learned these receivers are probably the best quality made model, I have never had any problem with the 8-10 I owned, ALL with endless active subscriptions. When it comes to lifetime subscription receiver there is nothing better to pair with that then the boombox. Not only can you use the radio portably as a boombox but also as A HomeKit, connected to any audio device / speakers of your choice. “Stereo RCA cable” which connects the boombox to any home stereo unit. With this wire you simply insert the jack in the headphones input and the red white stereo cables in your home audio system.
