The Sportster Replay Receiver is in beautiful cosmetic shape. This unit was scarecely used and has been properly stored. It is very hard to find this model in such good shape, definitely has a full lifetime ahead of it. Includes Sportster Remote Control + Battery. The RC is fully functional and can control every feature of the receiver. This receiver has the “STRONG” Wireless FM Transmitter. The built-in wireless transmitter starts at FM channel 87.7. This is known as the ” Pre-FCC” Transmitter. This is one of the most popular models because of the strong transmitter, and can be very useful when set up properly. There is only one thing I want to mention, and trying to describe it so there is no confusion. I want to emphasize it is not a flaw and does not affect its performance or display. The first time receiver is turned ON after long periods of rest time (8+ hours) the first screen picturing Sirius Logo starts at full contrast & within 1-2 seconds it fades out. I originally removed the CPU / subscription part from a “Streamer Replay” into this Sportster b/c it has perfect/vibrant light on screen & buttons. Again, it only occurs after turning on the 1′st time in day, is mainly unnoticeable AND will never affect its performance. This radio comes is bundled with the Sportster boombox and is complete with all accessories needed for immediate use. These are Great for any time of the year it can be used indoors or outdoors using D batteries. This Sportster Replay radio is in beautiful cosmetic shape and is in fully functional condition. It has a Lifetime Activation of the “Sirius Select” package with 128 channels, including Howard Stern! In my opinion this set is worth every dollar in more. Lifetime “Sirius Select” Channel Activation. The “Sirius Select” package on this Receiver includes Howard Stern, various sports, news, dozens of music stations and much more. There is 128 channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels when available This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. Sportster Replay SP-R2 Radio Receiver Condition. The receiver is in fully functional condition and excellent cosmetic shape. The radio receiver has been cleaned and sterilized and is dust free. The front side looks great, and shows only very minimal signs of previous use. Besides a couple of hairline scuff marks there is nothing to complain about, when it is powered on and in use it looks perfect. The backside shell has a few scuffs but mainly below the center label. This radio has the strong wireless FM transmitter starting with FM channel 87.7. This unit really is a treasure. It is getting harder and harder to find this SP-R2 model in good condition. Remote Control – This Sportster is complete with Sirius remote control. The remote currently has a new battery inserted and is fully functional. Remote is in great overall condition. It is compatible with most of the older plug n play radio receivers like the Sportsters, Starmates and more. This boombox is beautiful condition and was literally only used a few times. Besides a couple of lite scuff marks there is nothing to complain about. The Boombox has been properly stored and is in clean shape. I made sure it remained dust free and sterilized. All of the accessories included with the boombox such as the antenna, power adapter and remote are all in clean top-notch condition. Each accessory has been tested and is fully functional. If your looking for a clean, near perfect lifetime activated Sportster set, I can guarantee you will not be let down with this one.
