This is a HIGH QUALITY RADIO. The JVC SR2000 is an extremely hard radio to find and was scarcely made. This is one of the earliest Sirius radio models and has the Strong FM Transmitter. This set was made of much higher quality than anything they have made the last decade…. Great satellite radio all around. This radio has of course been tested and is in fully functional / perfect working condition. The radio is not in perfect cosmetic shape but is in great overall condition and displays beautifully. The only mentionable imperfection here is some small scuffing across the screen. When the receiver is on it is not noticeable and can only really be viewed shining under bright light. Please refer to pictures for exact condition. The unit is has been CLEANED & TESTED. It has performed multiple channel updates. The screen has a perfect working backlight with both the contrast and dimming settings. This unit really is a treasure. This is a rare and scarcely manufactured model, very few still exist today. It has a bright and vibrant screen making it easy to read the channel information. These are great for indoors and pair perfect with any home audio system. There is 125+ channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to continuously add/change compatible channels when available. All of the functions have been properly tested and everything works perfect. Cosmetically the radio is in good overall condition. The exterior of radio has normal signs of wear but nothing major. There is a small amount of discoloration on edges but mainly on top side. Also some minor scuffing across the screen but only noticeable when under bright light. When powered up and in use you can hardly notice any cosmetic imperfections. Please refer to pictures for exact cosmetic shape. It is very simple and easy to setup, you will have the entire set connected in less than 10 minuntes. It does not need professional installation whatsoever. This is complete with a fully functional JVC remote control. Using the RC is extremely convenient to change various preselect channels while driving.
