Hi this radio i have it more than 4 month and works good. It is active can be Lifetime service. I will offer another 3 month guaranty in case stop service. Bloombox, radio and power AC adapter. What you see in photo is what I have. The older model radio the better chance to have lifetime service. Oh some scratch from normal use.
