I bought this about a year ago, and it was advertised as having a lifetime subscription. I have no reason to doubt that! This one continues to receive over 150 channels. That said, Sirius subscriptions are not transferable. So if you contact Sirius to confirm it or to modify the subscription, they might deactivate the radio. My guarantee is void if you contact Sirius XM radio. Just listen to the available channels and enjoy them! The radio gets both Howard Stern’s and most of everything else! My favorite feature is that you can replay your favorite song or story as many times as you like, for up to around 45 minutes. The memory is limited, so after that, it just plays what is being broadcast with a 45 minute delay. You can also skip forward to live programming or anything in-between. This feature is only available if you stay on the same channel. The memory starts over when you change channels. It receives the following channels: 2-85, 88, 90, 91, 93-103, 105-106, 108-122, 124-138, 141-148, 152-154, 157-158, 162-163, 165-174 and 184 (preview channel), around 156 by my math! It is possible for available channels to change slightly over time with updates. It includes a car kit which works fine. Includes unused adhesive for base.
