I didnt mind even though their difficulties always stemmed from an adapter I didnt sell them or their faulty install. I only want happy satisfied customers. DVD Player Only to Show Item is Functional. Tuner is NOT Activated but is playing both Howard Stern channels, most all the music, sports talk and normal talk channels. If there are certain channels you really are interested in message me and I can check. Note the Tuner’s ESN (serial) number is clean and and not tied to a subscription so you are still able to activate/transfer your own service instead if or when you so choose. There is no way to know or guarantee how long the free channels will last. I have some that been going over three years with free channels but I also have seen others where the free channels get updated away the first time it takes an update. Although these last 3 years, I dont recall a single time I had one update away even during free preview weeks. A couple of my stiletto handhelds have been playing free for over 7 years. I think the older the radio gets the more likely the channels are to stay. This one just went through an update and retained the channels so that is a good sign. I periodically will plug it in and let it play for awhile during the time I have it listed. THE FREE CHANNELS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THEY CAN GO AWAY WITH AN UPDATE AT ANYTIME. If they last you 3 months it is likely they will last for a long long time if not for the life of the unit. I have many units. If you enter” free channels” you will see a number of happy buyers.
