Sirius Sanyo radio Active with Stern
Very nice used condition Sirius Sanyo radio that is active with Stern. Listing includes Sirius Sanyo radio, 12 volt power plug, antenna, and suction mount. This radio probably just missed the “KILL” signal that Sirius sends out for de-activating. It may be a lifetime unit, but I doubt it very much! Most of these radios are active “ONLY” because they missed the signal. I will include a detailed note on this with the radio explaining what I do to keep Sirius from shutting down the radio. I have NEVER lost an active radio by following the instructions in the note! It is a simple thing to do on occasion, but failure to do it could put the radio in jeopardy of being de-activated. For this reason I can’t guarantee the length of service of it remaining active after it leaves my hands. I do this for all active Sirius radios I sell before packaging them up. Rest assured, I don’t sell active radios unless I have had them for quite awhile, so as to be sure that it isn’t just a radio that hadn’t reached its end of its subscription date yet. The radios I sell as active are ones that have either missed the kill signal or in very, very rare cases an actual lifetime radio. I can say without a doubt that the vast majority of “lifetime” Sirius radios here on E-bay are just radios that missed the de-activate signal or worse yet, just haven’t reached their subscription end date. There are not that many TRUE lifetime subscriptions out there. There are some, but they are far and few between!! Excellent Used Condition SIRUS SR4000 US Orbiter Radio Receiver, Boombox ACTIVE LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. Tested and in good working condition. ACTIVE LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION – CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED, SUBSCRIPTION HAS TO STAY ON THE RECEIVER. Do not contact Sirius with the receiver ID number or they will shut off the subscription. The lifetime subscription is for the life of the receiver. This receiver has the channels active of those available at the time of the subscription. Its upper channel is around 158. It will not receive channels above that and more channels can not be added to the subscription. Comes with Power adapter. Includes car dock with car 12v adaptor and magnetic car antenna. The exterior of the boombox has some very minor scuffs. The face of the receiver has minor scuffs but not really seen when the receiver is on. Please see all photos.
