Only issue I noticed is that the display now seems a little dimmer than usual. Unit still has the plastic cover attached to the top and sides. However, the subscription is non-transferable and is limited to the original owner and for the life of the radio only. Additional channels cannot be added! Therefore, do not contact Sirius XM radio to try to transfer it in your name, as they may try to disconnect the service. The plug-in tuners were made for a short time period years ago and were engineered for the best possible satellite radio sound and have much better sound than the newer 5 volt dock and play radios. This one is currently receiving about 130 channels of a wide variety of music, news, sports, comedy, talk, etc. Including both Howard Stern’s (100 and 101). The channels currently being received are as follows: 2-10, 12-78, 80-82, 84-85 88, 90, 91, 93-103, 105, 106, 108-120, 122, 124, 125, 127, 128-132, 137, 138, 146-148, 156, 158, 162-163, 165-174 and 184 (the preview channel). The unit is in excellent condition. It includes a new antenna, AC cord, original remote with batteries, and an adapter cable for the unit’s rca output to standard 3.5mm plug. (the tuner also has an untested optical output). It can connect to your stereo receiver, Bluetooth speaker with auxiliary input, or powered speaker.
