THIS XACT XTR8 IS A CLONE OF STARMATE 2!! WHICH WE KNOW HOW EVERYONE LOVES THEM!! Will fit your starmate boombox and or any other starmate 2 parts u have…. THIS RADIO HAS used but taken care of,, BUT POWERS RIGht Up to Over 100 channels activated , transmitter is PRE FCC 88.1 WITH STRONG FM transmitter WILL PLAY ON ANY RADIO within 5 feet. These are not as strong as the 87.7 which are getting very hard to find. But still have enough power for inside car. Your best bet would be aux in which takes away all needed transmitting..
