Sirius XM Stiletto 2 SL2 Radio no active subscription stuck on low battery

This is the Sirius Stiletto SL2 does turn on but stays on low battery i’m assuming it just needs a new battery everything in photos are includes all the accessories and the charger is all included it looks like it has been rarely used.
