The activation subscription was a special deal that is no longer available, and it cannot be transferred or modified. Any calls to the company will deactivate the device. Please do not call Sirius XM. The subscription is for this unit only and cannot be transferred to another unit. Do not contact Sirius in anyway about this receiver or the current subscription they will turn it off.
