Sirius Starmate ST2R Replay Satellite Radio Active POSSIBLE Lifetime with Boombox

This is the Starmate Replay STR2 with boombox dock and active sunscription. Firstly, I would advise you to NOT call Sirius about this item as they have been UNSCRUPULOUS towards inquiring parties asking if their unit has a LIFETIME service. For example, they will not give you any information about the service subscription unless you can tell them the name and address of the previous owner. I have been using this radio for the last 3 months. I describe it as having a “possible” lifetime subscription as I just do not know, and cannot say for sure. Summarily, it has “Sirius Select” channels which include 130+ channels such as Howard Stern, MUSIC, entertainment, various sports and much more. I can check to see if it has any certain channel for you, just message me. The receiver itself is in near perfect shape all around. There are rust spots on the screws of the cradle, and the suction cup of said cradle does not provide any suction any more. The remote has a new battery and works great, and even controls the volume. This receiver is NOT guaranteed, yes – NOT guaranteed have an active subscription for any specific amount of time as it remains indeterminate to us what the specifics of the arrangement are with the XM Sirius company, and their services. Pls do not call Sirius to confirm because they have been rather unscrupulous in my opinion and cancelled peoples’ accounts if they think you are not aware that you have a lifetime sx unit. This has personally happened to me before. The antenna and power supply are not the originals but, do actually work with this model. The FM transmitter is NOT very strong. I believe this is commonly referred to as being “POST-FCC”. So, this is why is is important to use the FM extender in your car. The remote is great, and actually DOES control the volume as well. It DOES receive the 2 Howard Stern stations 100 & 101. Summarily, it has “Sirius Select” channels which include channels such as Howard Stern, Music, entertainment, various sports and much more. Included are the home antenna, home power supply, receiver, OEM boombox dock, no longer functioning auto dock, remote, and FM extender. Please notice that the home power supply is NOT original OEM but a quality aftermarket replacement. The receiver is used, VERY LIGHT signs of wear from normal use but fully functional. It is still in very good condition and works exactly as designed. Backlight is nice and bright, and buttons are bright. It is fully activated with over 100 channels including music, sports, talk, Howard, etc. JUST PLUG & PLAY, AND ENJOY IT! Thats all you need to do.
