For sale is a Sirius ST2R Starmate Satellite Radio Receiver with Car kit, and unopened Home Kit We’ve owned this receiver for almost 5 years. It is activated now and has been as long as we’ve owned it. It must be a Lifetime Subscription. Includes: the ST2R receiver, car power cord, car antenna, audio AUX in cord, unopened Home Kit w antenna and power supply. These are nice radios because you can backup and replay the last few songs. They also do not require a “dock”. The jacks on the side are straight plug ins for each function; power, antenna, audio. If it doesn’t work properly I don’t sell it. Sirius XM Activated Lifetime Starmate ST2 Satellite Replay Boombox + Antenna
This is a Sirius STR2 and boombox that I’ve owned for quite a few years. I bought the boombox about 10 years ago and it still works great. I use them on the cool evenings sitting on my front porch and have enjoyed them. I noticed lately that the receiver will receive just fine for 10-15 minutes and then show acquiring signal. After it did this a few times, I just started shutting it off for a few minutes to cool off. Generally when I turn it on it works again for 10-15 minutes before I get the acquiring signal again, sometimes more. And on we go. Anyway- I now have Sirius internet and have 3 radios that don’t require an antenna so I don’t use the STR2 so much anymore. One thing I must say is that it has remained activated for the nearly 3 years that I’ve owned it, and since it’s either a year subscription or lifetime with Sirius- I’ll assume it has a lifetime subscription. Also included are the home power cord and the antenna. Sales to the continental 48 states only please. He said he just set a 4 inch personal fan beside it to solve the problem. I would say the item is in fair condition(some scratches and marks on radio) and believe to have a lifetime subscription as i bought this over a year ago and still working. I plugged it in today and updated with channels and still working. You can look at pictures where i tried various stations.
