The radio has a loose power input but is not a major problem, just has to be placed correctly. Please read below for further details. The only issue with this radio is a slightly loose power connection. The wire needs to be inserted and adjusted the correct way for it to function properly. As long as the tabletop radio is in a stable location where the power wire will not be moved you will not have any issues. This is a common issue with these radios but is not a major problem. I don’t want to make it seem like this is a big problem but I will briefly describe the issue and how to work it. Like I mentioned this is common with the Tivilo one and could be repaired if desired. I’m sure the interior side of power just needs a drop of solder. Although this would be a quick fix if you have a soldering kit, do not attempt it yourself if you have never done anything like that before. TSS Radio can repair if desired. Once you find it’s best positioning for it, simply keep it in place and you would not have any problems. Please look at the 2nd to last photo…. Have the wire hanging down like it most ordinarily would be. Also make sure have the radio sitting in a stable, stationary spot where it works not move around.
