The unit is has been CLEANED & TESTED. It has performed multiple channel updates. The screen has a perfect working backlight with both the contrast and dimming settings. There is 140+ channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels when updates occur. This radio has the high CPU allowing it to program the 140+ channels as opposed to the standard 125 channels this model normally has. The CPU allows the radio to program the newest additions to the lineup. For example such premium channels are: Faction Talk #103, Volume #106, Fox News 24/7 #115, channels 10-14.
