This radio is in excellent condition all around. This radio was only lightly used for a short time, it was mainly played with an indoor home. In my opinion you cannot ask for a better value than this one. It is extremely hard to find a lifetime activated Starmate 5 in such good condition. This lifetime radio/vehicle set comes with the original retail box and interior layer. The box has a few rips on the top but nothing major. The plastic hanger is gone but no need for it. Having the original box is always very helpful. Not only does it help keep the radio and accessories clean when not in use but it always increases its overall value. Lifetime “Sirius Select” Channel Activation. The “Sirius Select” package on this Receiver includes Howard Stern, various sports, FOX & CNN channels, dozens of music stations and much more. There is 140+ channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels when updates occur. For example, two channels were just added, Volume 106 and Garth Brooks 55. This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. Recently, channel 18 has become The Beatles Channel, all Beatles all the time! Sirius Starmate 5 ST5 Radio Receiver Condition. The receiver is in excellent condition all around. Not only does it work perfect but is in excellent cosmetic shape with only a few very minor signs of previous use. The radio is in CLEAN condition. It has always been in this shape, but like all my items I have cleaned and sterilized everything included for your convenience. All of the functions have been properly tested and everything works perfect. This unit really is a treasure. It is getting harder and harder to find reliable radios in good condition like this one. Included with the ST5 receiver is a complete vehicle kit with all the accessories needed to connect to your vehicle. This kit is in top-notch condition all around. The Vehicle Kit is very easy to setup and does not need any professional installation whatsoever. The dock is fully assembled to the mount which attaches to the interior of your windshield with the use of an easy to use suction cup mechanism. The auxiliary wire, Sirius XM antenna, and vehicle power adapter are all in never used condition. Also included but not pictured is a new vent mount which clips onto your cars AC vent. The kit includes a “direct connection” wire which is the only method of connection I would use. I can guarantee you will not be let down with this set.
