Sirius Sportster SP-R2 SATELLITE RADIO RECEIVER withSP-B1 boombox, lifetime
This is a tested and working ACTIVATED Sirius Sportster Replay satellite radio receiver and boombox. The receiver is in very good shape and works without any issues. Excellent reception, good LCD display, good backlight, all buttons checked and working. Boombox shows very little wear and has excellent sound quality, no hum or distortion, all buttons and features are working correctly. Remote is in good condition and currently has a good battery in it. Note that the lifetime activation is only for this radio and is not transferable, and you won’t be able to access any of the internet only stations. I’ve owned this radio for over a year now and it’s updated the channels many times. Receives Howard 100, 101, Grateful Dead channel, Elvis, Deep Tracks, Classic, Vintage Vinyl, pop, rock, news, talk, comedy, country, religious, traffic, politics, news, etc. Believe there are well over 100 stations in total. I have another similar lifetime activated Sirius radio in my truck and have used it for over 10 years now and I don’t think I could live without it. It’s especially nice on long trips where you can listen to one station across the entire country- you don’t have to worry about stations fading out as you drive then searching for another one, over and over again. The classic pre-merger Sportster models have the higher power FM transmitter which was lowered in later models. The boombox can be used with the included AC adapter or on standard batteries. Has adjustable satellite antenna with very long cable so can be placed in another room, near a window, even outdoors if needed. To use in your vehicle you can either get a docking station and accessories or just use the boombox and FM transmitter to send a good quality stereo signal to your car radio.
