I never used this radio much and the rubberized coating became so sticky that I haven’t used it at all the last few years. I now have almost all the sticky mess cleaned off of it and it didn’t seem to harm the finish at all. After cleaning it up and powering it up everything works well. The box has a corner ding (see pictures). I believe I have everything that came with it originally but the manual doesn’t have a’what’s included’ section so I can’t be sure. In very good condition. Works perfectly I have cleaned off about 90% of the well-known “sticky surface” problem with this radio. Just the sides remain to be done (didn’t finish the job before replacing the radio with an Elad SDR). Includes Manual; upgraded Jameco AC adapter; clear, acrylic stand to hold radio at a good angle for table use; 8 rechargeable Tenergy D cell batteries and smart re-charger. This is a fantastic radio. Eton E1 XM-Ready For XM Home Satellite Radio Receiver. The radio has a serial number starting with 018xx and it works fine. I bought the radio new in 2005 from J&R music world. The radio DID have the sticky case problem but I’ve removed most of it with alcohol and a washrag per instructions found on the web. It could use a little more cleaning but you can at least pick it up without it sticking to you… The display light works fine and I have not had any other display issues other than one line running through it as seen in the pictures. There are a couple of cracks and chips in the case which can also be seen in the pictures. Everything else works as it should. It comes with the orignal box, manual and power adapter and I will throw in the PAL adapter for the external antenna. It is in very nice condition, with no marks or damage of any kind and has always been kept in a warm, dry house. It does not have the stickiness that is common with this model.
