Direct replacement for the xm powerconnect vehicle dock. Dock requires the powerconnect vehicle power adapter for use. If you have power connect power adaptor. Cradle model number is xdp1p1.
You will not need any modulator, but you must have the 5 volt powerconnect power adaptor. The cradle and power pack trnsmit to your fm radio station no leads no transponder. Power connect cradle and adhesive dash mount.
