The screens back light is in perfect working condition which really displays how well this unit has been taken care of. The receiver was never used in vehicle and remained safely indoors. Like mentioned above, the only mentionable imperfection with this receiver is the minor pixelation flaw pictured in the third photo included. To describe this imperfection; the display is missing a “1-pixel thick” vertical line of pixelation from top to bottom. The Display does not add color in the pixel line but would be missing it, making it nearly unnoticeable. The invisible line strangely shows up when it wants to but is not there all the time. As you can see from the other pictures attached, it is not a constant. When I was listening to this receiver while photographing and writing the listing, it was not until the last 15 minutes of a three hour session until the vertical line reappeared. Just to explain this clearly, the receiver does not have any other pixelation issues. Only that one vertical line occurs and only in the same spot. It does not flash in and out and is not any type of eyesore. Besides the lifetime “All Access” Channel package, what separates this listing from others is the complete set of accessories. This home kit is very easy to set up and does not need any professional installation whatsoever. You honestly could not ask for a better set than this one. With this receiver you will never need to pay for any subscription! Like mentioned active lifetime channels are on this Receiver only and cannot be transferred to any other radio.
