The “Sirius Select” package on this Receiver includes Howard Stern, various sports, FOX & CNN channels, dozens of music stations and much more. There is 140+ channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels when updates occur. This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. Recently two highlights were added to the lineup; Faction Talk Channel 103 & The Beatles Channel 18, all Beatles all the time! Sportster 3 – SP3 Radio Receiver Condition. The receiver is in perfect working condition and near perfect cosmetic shape. All of the functions have been tested and works like new. The radio is minty and displays beautifully. There are hardly any scuffs, a few on backside but all are mainly unnoticeable. The screen of receiver has a perfect working backlight with functional dimming and contrast settings. There’s a bright and vibrant screen, when it is powered on it looks GREAT. Plug n’ Play Boombox Condition. This boombox is perfect working condition and great overall cosmetic shape. I have cleaned and sterilized everything included in the set. The boom box and accessories are all dust free. The boombox has been properly stored and in great shape. There might be a few minor scuffs or but nothing major whatsoever. Of previous use are minor, the front and back displays great. The boom box includes a brand new antenna. This antenna was just added to the bundle from a brand new kit and is still factory tied. The one mentionable imperfection: The backside has plastic piece which the antenna wire wraps around. The piece has the Sirius Radio logo in middle and is connected to boom box on the left, right and center. The left side clip has chipped off and disconnected. This was caused during storage and is the normal imperfection for this model. This does not affect the overall performance of unit… Antenna wire tightly wraps around the entire part and secures it in place. When it comes to lifetime subscription receiver there is nothing better to pair with that then the boombox. Not only can you use the radio portably but also can act like a Home Kit. You can connect it to your larger speaker system or smaller audio device with the RCA adapter cable. Using the wire, you simply insert the Auxiliary jack into the headphones input and the red white RCA cables in your home audio system. Using this method your radio is now playing out of your large speakers system and does not lose any noticeable quality. Sportster 3 Remote Control. This radio / boombox is complete with the Sirius Sportster. Universal / Plug n’ Play Remote + New Battery. Although it looks like an SP5 remote, this is however the “universal” Sportster Remote with compatibility to mainly all from series and a majority from “pre-SiriusXM” branded Plug n’ Play radios. The RC is very useful accessory and can control all of the functions of radio…. Even the volume of the BoomBox. The most convenient feature is the ability to quickly scan the preset channels with just the touch of one button you can warp to all your favorite presets. I can guarantee you will not be let down with this set. Like mentioned, the active lifetime channels are on this Receiver only and cannot be transferred to any other radio.
