I have had this radio for a while it is always received all channels however lately it has developed a screen bleed so there is no read out on the screen. So you can use it the way it is if you get a remote or if you just punch in the channels or you can fix the screen. The subscription is not a transferable one and calling up sirius to transfer to another radio would not be a good idea as this subscription will only be good for this radio. It always has excepted all the updates and never got turned off. Also note the sales for the radio only there are no additional accessories that will come with it.
