Listing is for the radio and ac adapter only, no dock is included. Most likely a lifetime subscription as we have owned the radio ourselves for years and its always been active. Battery does work but only holds a charge for a little while (we charged it and it seemed to last for about a day so it will need a new battery if not plugged into the dock). Unit has some scratches and scuffs from use mainly on the face. Subscription only works on this unit as long as THE UNIT is still working and if it remains active.
