The KR Nida TM-MSAT-G2 has been designed to allow the rapid deployment and re-deployment of the Network Innovations MSAT-G2 satellite telephone. This unit also has available PTT dispatch capability via the Network Innovations’ satellite network. Within seconds, the magnetic antenna can be deployed, connected to the TM-MSAT-G2 case, and with power applied to the unit via internal battery, or external power, the unit is fully operational in less than five minutes. An adjustable gooseneck light is provided for low-light operation. The trans-mobile unit can also double as a portable base station using an antenna extension cable, base station antenna mount along with the hand-set and speaker extension cable kit. An internal speaker amplifier is included to provide clear audio, even in loud environments.
