Sirius XM Stratus 6 SDSV6 Satellite Radio Receiver with LIFETIME subscription. This is the radio alone with no docking station, power supply, or antenna, all of which are readily available and inexpensive. This is just the key part you most need with it’s lifetime subscription! The unit is in good shape with no significant (see photos) surface scratches or dings, and the LCD screen is unscratched. I have heard conflicting information about performing updates, with some people saying that doing so will void the subscription and others saying it won’t. NOTE: a friend has informed me that if Sirius learns that you are not the original owner and subscriber of one of their units with a lifetime subscription, they will cancel the subscription on the unit. I have not tested this myself but the friend who informed me of this sounded like he knew what he was talking about, and that would also explain why certain kinds of updates on the unit might cause the subscription to be cancelled too. Sirius XM model Stratus 6 SDSV6 satellite radio module in Sirius SUBX2 boombox with antenna, AC power supply and PDF copies of the instructions for the boombox and radio. Get the two Howard Stern stations, 100 and 101, in addition to many others. This appears to be a’lifetime’ module as we bought this outfit used about a year ago, have been using it off and on all that time and it still receives. We are not subscribers. Both the module and the boombox are working fine and are in excellent cosmetic condition, battery box and contacts clean. We use it frequently but don’t use it enough to warrant keeping it as it’s value is quite high. Sorry, no credit for leaving the boombox behind. We do occasionally have other types of things to sell that come to us as a result of our search for camera-related items. ACTIVE Sirius XM Satellite Radio Stratus SDSV6 + Boombox SUBX1 LIFETIME HOWARD
SIRIUS Stratus 6 Receiver (SDSV6). SIRIUS SUBX1 Universal Plug’n’ Play Boombox (works with many types of receivers). Indoor Antenna (attaches to Boombox). Receiver is active and I’ve been using it on and off for 6 months or so, but I can’t confirm if it’s a lifetime subscription. Boombox itself shows some wear and has some scratches and marks on it, but is in decent shape. This radio has an ACTIVE subscription. It may or may not be a lifetime subscription. I’ve run it for days and days at a time since then (over the last 6 months), and it continues to be active. It gets all the channels as far as I can tell… Howard Stern, music stations, sports, news (see list below). Based on the age of the unit, I’m guessing it’s either a lifetime subscription or that Sirius is no longer sending a kill signal. So, I expect it to continue working, but it’s a gamble, I suppose. I will guarantee it comes to you working… But after that, I honestly can’t make any guarantees. You have all the information I do… You can check my feedback to see I’m not out to screw anyone… You could get a really great deal here! The radio receives the following channels: 000,2-85,88,90-91,93-103,105-106,108-138,141-143,145-148,152-154,156-158,162-163,165-174,184. Functionally, everything works great.
