This item is Used in good condition. Comes with antenna and car power cord. It has some kind of car mount that I will throw in as well. I can not guarantee the lifetime subscription, but it has worked for me for over 3 years. I have had this unit for about 3 years and I believe it has lifetime subscription, including 100 & 101 Howard Stern channels. Exact channel package is unknown.
