Unlike 99% of all the “new Stiletto’s” this one is brand-new, factory sealed and has never been opened. Most all “new” ones up for sale in the last two years have been in an open box… Which pretty much means somebody bought it and opened it, possibly try to quickly and realize they didn’t have an interest. This one is nearly impossible to find in brand-new factory sealed condition. I have properly stored this item for years. You can see from the pictures all four tabs are factory sealed and have been opened or tampered winch The packaging was made out of some plastic which really scuffs up. There are some minor signs of storage and shelfware but nothing that will affect interior content. Both the complete front side screen and rubber wheel has a layer of layer of removable plastic film protecting it while inside package. If you look at the pictures you may think the wheel is scuffed up but no, that is simply a layer of plastic and since it is a sticker, the exterior edges cause the wear you see. This radio is 100% guaranteed brand-new in perfect condition. In my opinion, the Stiletto 10 is hands-down THE BEST satellite radio model ever manufactured. It has been one of the most sought after and in demand model ever since they discontinued it due to its versatility. Believe it or not, I spoke with the satellite radio agent who told me they were going to soon stop activating this line of portable radios simply because they cannot control or predict the user patterns so they can properly send a deactivation signal…. I’m not making this up either, crazy I know it was actually someone who physically worked on radios and not a receptionist. Like mentioned, most of the new Stiletto radios out there have been opened but not this one. This is nearly one-of-a-kind to find in factory sealed retail store condition! Don’t miss out on this one, VERY RARELY does a factory sealed one of these ever come up for sale. They are near extinct in this condition that’s for sure. In my honest opinion, this is a great deal and most likely will sell VERY quickly. Every year these become harder and harder to find, I hate to get rid of it but I still have one extra that I will never sell. I can guarantee you will not be let down with this item.
