I got this used and it had a active subscription when I got it. Gets about 145 channels, Pop, Rock, Country, Christian, Jazz, Blues, News, Sports, Latino, Howard Stern, NASCAR and much more. Includes radio with battery, battery is used and has not been charged to see how long it will last so you may need a new battery. Includes the radio with power adapter for the car or home and audio cable for car or home, the one of your choice but not both. That is all you need to play it through your AUX jack. You will need to let me know which you want. You can use headphones or powered computer speakers. These have a small built in antenna which is not as strong as a external antenna so the signal sometimes may go in and out. Works good if you are near a window or out doors. Does good in the car as long as there are no power lines, tall trees, tall buildings around. Radio is used so may show a little wear, nothing real bad. I cannot guarantee the subscription is going to last a lifetime. I have owned it about 6 months so I will guarantee the radio and subscription for 6 months.
