Was active when I got it, recently did a channel update and is still active. Gets Howard Stern on channels 100 and 101, Nascar on 90 , NFL on 88 , B. King Blues on 70, Ozzies’s Boneyard on 38 , Fox News , Jazz , Pop , Christian , Country , Bluegrass , Comedy, Latino stations and many more music, sports and news channels, about 145 channels. Will only get channels between 1 and 184. If you call Sirius they will cancel the subscription. It’s not a good idea to move these from the house to car and back all the time. The connections are delicate and will cause problems later on if you do. All you need to do is hook it up and start enjoying Satellite radio. I cannot guarantee the subscription on this radio is going to last you for a lifetime. I keep them one year before I sell them. I will guarantee the radio. To be in as stated condition and have a active subscription when you receive it, no guarantee after that. I get these at yard sales, thrift stores, flea markets etc. That being said if it works as stated when you receive it then you know as much about the radio and subscription as I do. Take care of it should last a long time. I include instructions with the radio so if you do as I recommend all should be well.
