I guarantee this has the channels listed below and will stay active for the life of this receiver. I have had it in use on and off for at least 5 years with no problems. The receiver has an FM transmitter built in that you can send its channels to your car or home radio or you can use a cable(not included) to connect it to your car or home receiver. Has channels like Howard Stern, music channels, some sports channels, talk radio, comedy channels, some city traffic radio and much more. This subscription is locked to this receiver. It can not be upgraded or transferred. If you call SiriusXM with the ID number it will be shut off. This Kit is the correct form factor to hold the ST5.
