I have owned and used this unit for over four years now. I know this is a lifetime because I have not had any issues with it. My Wife wanted the Sirius in her car as well, so I broke down and got the subscription which I put in my newer car too. This SP-R2 unit includes the home kit, car kit, and boom box. Everything is included and works great including home antenna, working with battery remote control, car antenna, car power supply, car mounting bracket, car power mount, and boom box power supply. The mounting car device that attaches the unit to it has a crack in the plastic (Pictured) Also the four screws that attach the unit to the mounting device are missing. The car mounting device is not not needed to listen to this in your car. The SP-R2 unit has a bright display, all buttons work properly on the SP-R2 unit, remote control, and boom box. The sound from the boom box is crisp. You will not be disappointed in this set-up. All item will be re-boxed so they arrive to your house safely.
