If it did occur it would be during first start up of day or when the radio has been removed dock and layed flat for a bit. What happens is, sometimes on the radio will stay on logo screen when turned on until you press the menu button (which would bring you to the menu list) and then press the power off. 3 attempts at most. 1 thing, only use the blank “no team logo” startup screen (don’t change settings).
