This radio was very rarely used and was only played indoors and has never traveled. This durable model is in clean shape with very minimal signs of previous use. The unit is has been tested and has performed multiple channel updates. The screen has a perfect working backlight with both the contrast and dimming settings. The blue light on buttons is somewhat dim but works just on main screen. This unit really is a treasure. All of the functions have been properly tested and everything works perfect. This radio includes the strong “pre-FCC” wireless FM transmitter. Not only does it work perfect but is in great cosmetic shape with only a few minor signs of previous use. There are a few minor scuff marks on screen but nothing noticeable unless closely examined under a bright light. When it is powered up and in use you cannot view any imperfections. The display light on screen is in fully functional condition with a bright and vibrant display. The blue light on buttons is dim especially when used in daylight but screen displays great. The radio is has always been clean, but like all my items I have cleaned and sterilized all the components included for your convenience. It is getting harder and harder to find reliable radios in good condition like this one. Included with the SP-R2 receiver is a complete and near mint home kit. This set includes all the accessories needed to connect to your home stereo system. All the contents are in clean, near mint condition. Just about all of accessories were only lightly used for testing and we’re never set up for any permanent use.
