The radio is in BEAUTIFUL stunning cosmetic shape and perfect working condition. This “portable use” set includes a minty pair of the high quality Sirius / Altec Lansing Antenna Headphones. These were originally included with the SL2 but I thought I would upgrade this bundle and include them. At this point in time, the portable radio models continues to grow in demand and are getting harder to find. A new Stiletto receiver would cost roughly around the same asking price of this listing. You cannot get much closer to new condition than this one, just take a look at the pictures and you will see! In my opinion these Stiletto 10 is the best portable Sirius radio. The SL2 is very fragile, the rubber material smudges and the software has glitches. This SL10 is lightweight but very durable and has a much longer life expectancy then the Stiletto 2. You can use this radio for MUCH longer without it showing much wear. This model is easy to keep in good condition….. Have a case I bring with me everywhere that has a Stiletto Radio, Headphones and additional accessories. Apparently because of the versatility a being such a good deal, Sirius got greedy and discontinued all portable satellite radios 7-8 years ago. Great item to have matter if you are taking a walk alone, traveling, or busting it out at a friends party! Lifetime “Sirius Select” Channel Activation. The “Sirius Select” package on this Receiver includes Howard Stern, various sports, FOX & CNN channels, dozens of music stations and much more. There is 140+ channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels if the SiriusXM Music Package ever does so. For example, two channels were just added, Volume 106 and Garth Brooks 55. This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. The channels are guaranteed to remain active and will never end, GUARANTEED. Sirius Stiletto SL10 Portable Satellite Radio Receiver Condition. The receiver is in perfect working condition and beautiful cosmetic shape. All of the functions have been properly tested and everything works like new. The Radio has been safely stored inside protective pouch. The Sirius branded pouch is an excellent case for the Stiletto…. Not only does it prevent possible damage, but also as as a safe cloth to clean the screen with. Included with radio is a newly installed battery. This is the “Slim Battery” variation, I recommend purchasing a back up battery for portable use. The unit powers up without a problem and holds the charge for the normal amount of time. Just make sure you always shut off and do not put in “resting” mode. (Hold power down for 5-6 seconds). The radio is in minty cosmetic shape, you really could not ask for a much better-lifetime Stiletto 10! It has been cleaned and sterilized but has always been in tact since day one. It hardly shows any signs of previous use, any possible scuffs are nearly invisible. They are so lite I could not photograph any of the scuffs at all. This pair of headphones is in perfect working condition and top notch cosmetic shape. The “Altec Lansing” model receives amazing reception and provides comfort and stability. This set was a duplicate pair and was literally only used a handful of times for testing only. They are 100% clean and near mint condition. Although they were never used other than testing, I made sure to clean and sterilize them. Besides a few marks caused during storage inside retail box, there is nothing to complain about with this perfect pair. Here are a few tips to ensure your radio lasts a lifetime. Here are a few things to AVOID causing any software or activation problems. Do Not connect the radio to a computer for any reason. Sirius stop creating software updates years ago and would be arbitrary in the current day. Their is no disc or USB wire included, but just want to highlight this point. Do not press the “Clear Memory” setting. Also, do not change/create any password. Just want to make sure all possible glitches are avoided. Besides a small handful with logo, the others simply have channel name in text. Like mentioned, the lifetime activated channel package is only on this radio and cannot be transferred to any other unit. This radio is 100% guaranteed to never lose it’s activation.
