The receiver itself is in great shape. Besides a couple of unnoticeable hairline scuffs of receiver, everything looks and displays great. The retail case of boombox has been thoroughly cleaned and is free of dust. The pictures of BoomBox powered up in use are using my personal power adaptor and antenna, the BoomBox will not come used or assembled unless requested. There is 128 channels on the lifetime package, with the ability to add/change compatible channels when available This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. Sportster Replay SP-R2R Radio Receiver Condition. The receiver is in fully functional working condition and good cosmetic shape. The front side looks great, and shows only very minimal signs of previous use. There are a couple of hairline scuff marks but thats about it. When it is powered on and in use it looks perfect. The screen is bright and vibrant. There are 2 buttons that are not properly lit by the blue light. It is not something very noticeable. Buttons #6 & #7. The strong FM wireless transmitter works great when positioned correctly, but I honestly would not recommend using it. It’s simply does not send up to the quality of technology we are used to. This unit really is a treasure. It is getting harder and harder to find this SP-R2 model in good condition. This Sportster is complete with original remote control. The remote currently has a brand new battery inserted and is fully functional. Remote is in great overall condition, the mute button on top has a chip out of rubber, but no problem. The remote is compatible with most of the older plug n play radio receivers like the Sportsters, Starmates and more. Using the RC is extremely convenient to change various preselect channels while driving. Instead of having to look down at receiver, all you do is save your presets and simply press that number on the remote. If your looking for a clean, near perfect lifetime activated Sportster set, I can guarantee you will not be let down. The item will be very safe during transport, I will have it safely packaged, it will not move inside box.
