This tabletop radio has been well taken care of and is in great working condition and great cosmetic shape. The radio has a loose power input but is not a major problem, just has to be placed correctly. Please read below for further details. This is the Holy Grail of Sirius radio receivers and suitable for any listener. If it’s anywhere and displays great, perfect for your home or office! This radio is a high-quality unit and very well-made. The body is made of solid wood and has a professional display; guaranteed to turn a few heads! It really is the perfect fit for home or office. The only issue with this radio is a slightly loose power connection. The wire needs to be inserted and adjusted the correct way for it to function properly. As long as the tabletop radio is in a stable location where the power wire will not be moved you will not have any issues. This is a common issue with these radios but is not a major problem. I don’t want to make it seem like this is a big problem but I will briefly describe the issue and how to work it. Like I mentioned this is common with the Tivilo one and could be repaired if desired. I’m sure the interior side of power just needs a drop of solder. Although this would be a quick fix if you have a soldering kit, do not attempt it yourself if you have never done anything like that before. TSS Radio can repair if desired. Once you find it’s best positioning for it, simply keep it in place and you would not have any problems. Please look at the 2nd to last photo…. Have the wire hanging down like it most ordinarily would be. Also make sure have the radio sitting in a stable, stationary spot where it works not move around. There is 125+ channels on the lifetime activation. The receiver with always continue to update the lineup when Channel updates occur. This activated lifetime subscription can only be used from this specific receiver and cannot be transferred. The unit has had multiple channel updates and will continue to do so when needed. Because I like to describe every item 100% accurately, here is a list of imperfections/overall condition details. The Tabletop Radio is in working condition and good cosmetic shape with only some minor wear. This model really makes a great display piece even with a little wear. Besides the loose power connection issue described above, all of the other functions work perfect. This radio does have some cosmetic imperfections but nothing major, it still looks and displays great as a whole. The top side of radio probably has the majority of wear. The lacquer has a few spots which glare in light but are completely unnoticeable otherwise. If you preferred you could get a lite piece if sandpaper to correct it. This really is not an issue you would have to be looking for it to see it. The speaker grill has a few specs of wear but not bad at all. You can see the exact condition in the photos included. The receivers screen has a perfect working backlight with fully functional dimming and contrast settings. The screen is in excellent shape with no issues.
