I have had this for several months, was active when I got it, recently did a subscription update and is still active. Most likely has a lifetime subscription but there is no way to be 100 % positive. You cannot call Sirius and ask or they will cancel the subscription. Gets Howard Stern , pop , metal , country , christian music, sports, comedy, news, Latino etc. Will only get channels between 1 and 184. I will guarantee the radio and subscription for 6 months. I record the radio ID number in memory so the guarantee is only good for this radio. Used so shows some wear, nothing real bad. I will include a remote for the SP4 if you want one, you will need to let me know , does not control the Boombox. Remote will need a battery.
